Neil and Helen get married. A wedding in Haworth.

This is why, despite pretty much following a similar format, weddings never get boring ..... it's because the people are different. I've known Helen for some years now, I've done several family photo-shoots for her too, so I've met Neil and their adorable son Jacob. I used to work with Helen's best girlfriend, Becky and I've been introduced to many other friends too! Despite feeling like I knew him already, this was my first time meeting Stuart - hair dresser extraordinaire !! You may feel like you know him too, he's been on the telly box a few times!!! And then there's Laura. Laura is business partners with Helen at their shop H&L Fashions at the top of the cobbles in Haworth. Laura has the most insane sense of humour and she is the reason for the very natural smiles in the Bride and Groom portraits... see below!!!!! (she say's her drink was spiked, we know different) I have never laughed as much!!

Helen got ready at her home in Haworth with friends, family, Jacob and dog Larry. Hayley was there with her fabulous make up skills, working her magic on all the ladies. Helen was very relaxed and the morning was full of fun and laughs, along with bacon butties, coffee and Prosecco. The ceremony at Haworth Church was lovely and the ensembled guests were treated to the amazing voice of Jess Driver (Wow)!  Neil and Helen had a little chuckle during the singing of the hymns; I dont think either of them ever realised just how many verses there are in "All Things Bright and Beautiful" !! Jacob was a wonderful ring bearer and the lovely Vicar, Peter, made sure he was included in the service. After the throwing of confetti on the church steps, the Bride and Groom along with their guests jumped onto the vintage bus and made their way to The 3 Acres for the reception. There was delicious food, drinking, dancing and more shenanigans .... the perfect end to a perfect day.
