This was such a lovely, relaxed wedding .... so relaxed in fact that on the morning of her wedding Alice decided not to wear the shoes she had bought after all; and went completely bare footed all day! There was no melt down, no hissy fit, Alice just did what she wanted to do, on her wedding day. Dont you just love that about Alice, I know I do!
Alice got ready with all the girls at the venue, once again the atmosphere was one of total relaxation. Everything was planned and happened just like it should. Alice's make up artist did a wonderful job of making sure Alice got the sparkle she wanted .... and Alice loves sparkle! There were even crystals in her hair and it looked stunning.
Neil and the boys got ready at the venue too, then they made their way to the ceremony room, where beautiful chello music serenaded the assembled guests as they waited for the arrival of the Bride.
The ceremony was lovely and just a little emotional. Afterwards the new Mr & Mrs Orr mingled with their guests and watched the close-up magician then it was onto the wedding breakfast and speeches. All the speeches were heart-felt, but the Best Man stole the show! In the afternoon we wandering into the very lovely grounds for some Bride and Groom portraits ...and found the little folly behind the weeping willows and across the bridge. As the evening guests arrived, Neil and Alice made their way back inside to cut the amazing cake and have their first dance.
Thank you for choosing me to capture your wedding. Mya xXx
